Tempo Goods at shoptempogoods.com is operated by an individual sole proprietor residing and operating in Japan. Tempo Goods is a trading name; the business is not incorporated in Japan or the United States. Contact [email protected] for seller information or support before or after purchase. You do not need to buy anything to request seller information. We provide information required by applicable law through the applicable disclosure route.
A Puerto Rico address supplied for an authorized return is a parcel receiving location only. It is not our business location, a registered office or a supplier warehouse. Contact us before sending any return; we confirm the receiving details and instructions for that return.
Products and fulfillment
Product descriptions must identify the actual variant, specifications, quantity and included items. We do not silently substitute materially different goods. Eligible delivery destinations, product-specific limitations and supported shipping estimates are shown with the applicable offer and checkout.
For dropshipped products, we source each customer order through a fulfillment partner after the customer orders, and the partner or its supplier ships directly to the customer. Tempo Goods remains responsible for truthful product information, delivery commitments, support and customer remedies.
Prices and payment
Store prices and checkout amounts are displayed in US dollars. The advertised product price includes mandatory charges other than separately disclosed government-imposed taxes or fees and reasonable shipping charges where law permits. The complete payable amount, delivery charge and applicable tax or import-duty treatment must be disclosed before you submit an order. We will not add an undisclosed mandatory handling charge afterward.
PayPal is offered at checkout. Selecting a payment option or continuing to PayPal can start a payment authorization process; review the displayed amount and instructions before confirming. A cart or checkout display alone is not a completed order. We confirm an accepted order through our order communication; if we cannot accept or fulfill it, we cancel it and provide the required refund. No term here permits us to retain payment for unfulfilled goods.
Shipment and delays
The applicable product offer must provide a shipment period supported by the actual supply route. Transit estimates are estimates and are separate from the time needed to process and dispatch an order; they are not guaranteed arrival dates. Destination limitations must be disclosed before purchase.
If we cannot ship within the stated shipment period, we provide the delay notice, consent or cancellation options and prompt refund required by applicable law. Supplier delays do not transfer our customer responsibility to the supplier. If we cannot fulfill an order, we cancel it and provide the required refund.
Returns and privacy
Our Returns and Refunds policy explains the voluntary 30-day return request period, conditions, reason-based costs and refund-initiation target. Our Privacy Policy explains information used by the store and how to contact us. These policies must be available before an order is submitted.
