Tempo Goods at shoptempogoods.com is operated by an individual sole proprietor residing and operating in Japan. Tempo Goods is a trading name; the business is not incorporated in Japan or the United States. The store operator is responsible for this policy and privacy requests. Contact [email protected]. Information used by the store
Our guest checkout asks for an email address, first and last name, delivery address, country, state and ZIP code. An apartment or suite, phone number and order note can be supplied where offered; the phone field is optional. Billing details may be the same as, or different from, the delivery details. We use the information needed to process the purchase, arrange delivery, answer questions and handle cancellations, returns, refunds and disputes.
If you contact us, we use the information you provide to respond and resolve your request. Do not email passwords, full card numbers or unnecessary identity documents. An optional marketing choice is separate from placing an order. You can ask us to stop marketing communications without affecting necessary order or support messages.
Payments, fulfillment and service providers
PayPal is offered at checkout and processes payment information under its own terms and privacy notice. For a payment, the store uses the transaction status and references needed to manage the order and refunds. Do not provide payment-card details through ordinary support email. To fulfill an order, we provide the order, recipient, delivery and contact information needed to the fulfillment partners and delivery providers involved in that order. A fulfillment partner or its supplier may ship directly to the customer. Partners may include CJ Dropshipping or Doba, depending on the order; not every order involves both. The store also relies on hosting, website, email and security services for operation and support. These activities can involve processing in Japan, the United States, China and other countries used by the relevant provider. Privacy protections and legal requirements can differ between countries. We limit the information provided to what is needed for the stated purpose and use the applicable provider arrangements and safeguards.
Cart functions, technical information and privacy signals
Cart and checkout functions use session information to remember products and checkout choices. Website and embedded services can process technical information, such as an IP address, browser information and interaction or security records. Third-party content, including PayPal payment content, can communicate with its provider before a purchase is completed. Third parties may use information across websites or services under their own policies.
We cannot currently confirm that a browser’s Do Not Track signal automatically changes this store’s processing. This statement does not promise that optional tracking is absent or that every provider responds to that signal. Contact us to ask about the information used by the store or available privacy choices. Blocking necessary cookies or session storage can prevent cart and checkout functions from working.
Retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including completing orders and after-sales support, meeting applicable accounting or legal duties, preventing fraud and resolving disputes. When those reasons end, we delete or de-identify information through the applicable store and provider processes. Required financial records and records needed for an active dispute can be kept longer than ordinary support information. We do not promise a fixed 24-month automatic deletion period.
We use reasonable access and security measures appropriate to the information and purpose. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your requests and policy changes

We use proportionate verification and respond within applicable time limits. Some information must be retained where the law or an unresolved claim requires it. Requests concerning a provider’s separate account or processing may also need to be directed to that provider.
We will post material policy changes on this page and provide any additional notice or choice required by law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
